About Me

My path to IT started with customer service, years in a busy retail environment teaching me how to handle different people and solve problems under pressure. That foundation shaped how I approach every technical interaction: clear communication, patience, and a focus on making things easier for the people I support.

I built a hands-on IT foundation through formal study in computer engineering technology, earning certifications in CompTIA A+, Security+, and cloud platforms. My career progressed from frontline support to leading endpoint deployments at scale for 700+ users using Intune and Autopilot.

Today, I work in endpoint management and user environments in a large organization, and I build personal projects with AWS, Terraform, and infrastructure as code. I maintain a robust home lab, driven by a passion to design and scale the infrastructure behind the systems.

Education: A.A.S. in Computer Engineering Technology, Prince George's Community College, 2021. Western Governors University, B.S. in Cloud and Network Engineering, enrolled, coursework not yet started.
